Smoothies and Milkshake Recipes


Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake

- Frozen yellow bananas (not green, they are poisonous when frozen)

- 2 1/2 tbsp Peanut Butter

- 2 1/2 tsp Chocolate Syrup

- 1 1/2 tsp Instant Coffee mixed with 2 tsp water

- 3/4 cup milk

- Blend till thick and creamy!










Strawberry Fruit Smoothie

- 4 cups frozen, chopped, ripe bananas

- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries

- 1 cup milk (more or less depending on the thickness you want)





Papaya and Vanilla Smoothie

- 4 cups frozen, chopped, ripe papaya

- 2-3 tbsp sugar

- 1/2 tsp vanilla

- 1 cup milk (more or less depending on the thickness you want)
